Jazz Jam

Open to instrumentalists and vocalists, backed by a professional house band, and hosted by the Jazz Society. Covid policy requires proof of vaccination and masking when not playing or singing. Participants can sign up with the Jam host to call a solo tune and/or join “all play” tunes in which everyone plays on a chorus or two. Be prepared to give the band a chart if your tune is not in the Realbook in the original key, provide any arrangement details, count in a tempo, and offer solos to the band or other players who might join in.
