MPC Purpose Workshop

December 6, 2022 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm

Free
People with purpose live longer, are happier and more productive.

Blue Zones Project Monterey County and Student Health Services at MPC brings you a Purpose Workshop available for the entire community to experience. This is an opportunity for each person has an individual discover their set of strengths and talents that can be used to lead a truly meaningful life.

People who have “purpose,” or a sense of their gifts and strengths -and use them daily- have increased well-being and tend to live about seven years longer than those who do not.

One of the goals of the Blue Zones Project® is to help people discover a clear definition of their gifts or deepen their sense of purpose.

Come and join Blue Zones Project for a Purpose Workshop and gift yourself the opportunity of finding or reinforcing your gifts and talents.

It’s fun. Enlightening. Life lengthening. Life changing!

Date/time: Tuesday, Dec 6th at 2pm

Location: Monterey Peninsula College, Sam Karas Room (by the MPC Library) 980 Freemont Street (A parking permit will be required)

The workshop is available for students and the community. Appropriate for all individuals age 15 years and older.
