Blue Zones Project invites you to learn how to make a delicious plant-based dish that supports longevity in collaboration with Harntell College Nursing at El Gabilan Library.

You don’t have to be an expert chef to make great meals — just follow along with the simple instructions, and enjoy the results!

This is not only a great opportunity to learn how to cook a new dish, but also an opportunity to meet others and connect with those in your community.

In honor of the holiday season be ready to celebrate in theme of “las posadas” with raffle giveaways.
