Your Vote is Your Voice—Register and Vote; A Poster Art Contest for High School Students in Monterey County

The League of Women Voters of Monterey County is sponsoring a Poster Art Contest, “Your Vote is Your Voice—Register and Vote,” for High School Students who live in Monterey County to encourage citizens to register and vote during this election year.
We are seeking eye-catching poster art that reflects a non-partisan call to voting without reference to any candidate or political party. The contest is open for submissions from February 1 through March 11, 2024. We envision that most submissions will come from individuals, and we will accept submissions from groups of up to three students.
A grand prize of $200.00 will be awarded. A number of additional merit awards of $75.00 will also be conferred. A selection of submissions will be on display at public libraries throughout Monterey County and at the Watsonville Public Library from March 23 through April 24, 2024.
