Nominations for the Live United Awards Now Open!

December 1, 2025 @ 12:00 am - January 31, 2026 @ 11:30 pm

For 50 years, our community has come together to honor the volunteers who make Monterey County stronger.

In April, United Way Monterey County will celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the LIVE UNITED Awards, a tradition built on recognizing the people who lead with heart, uplift their neighbors, and move our community forward. Originally launched as the Community Service Awards by the former Volunteer Center of Monterey County, this annual tradition has celebrated exceptional volunteerism for five decades.

Nominations are now open, and we invite you to help us continue this legacy!

Your nomination shines a spotlight on the everyday heroes whose dedication turns challenges into opportunities for growth, connection, and belonging. Encourage friends, family, and colleagues to join you in celebrating the volunteers who lift others, strengthen our community, and create lasting change. Together, we can recognize five decades of service and inspire the next generation of volunteers who will continue building a thriving, united Monterey County.

Nominations close January 31, 2026.

Thank you for helping us honor the people who Live United and inspire a brighter future for all.
