Join Blue Zones Project Monterey County in celebrating Post-National Take a Hike Day!

Start your day by moving naturally with an easy to moderate hike, approximately 3-4 miles.

All pre-registered participants will receive a Blue Zones Project t-shirt!

We will meet and start in the parking lot. Please bring your water!
