Climate Action Day at Point Lobos State Natural Reserve

Join us for a special event at Point Lobos State Natural Reserve to celebrate International Climate Action Day. This event will combine the beauty of one of California’s most iconic coastal landscapes with an engaging exploration of the urgent need for climate action. At the top of each hour, there will be guided walks that will provide the opportunity to experience the breathtaking flora and fauna of Point Lobos while learning about how climate change is affecting the delicate eciystems of California’s coastline. Throughout the reserve several stations will be set up that will discuss the basics of climate change, how to start the conversation about climate change, and what individuals and communities can do to address the climate crisis.
