City of Salinas National Night Out

Join over 38 million neighbors across thousands of communities around the nation for National Night Out, an annual community – building campaign that promotes police-community partnerships and neighborhood camaraderie to make our neighborhoods safer, more caring places to live.
National Night Out is a crime prevention event that is sponsored nationally by the National Association of Town Watch.
The Focus of National Night Out is to:
- Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness
- Generate support for, and participation in, local crime prevention efforts
- Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police/community partnerships

Build connections within the community and build neighborhood relationships
On Tuesday, August 6th, 2024 enjoy a fun evening filled with music, giveaways, food, and more with community, the Salinas Police Department, and the Salinas Fire Department on Tuesday, August 6th, 2024 from 4:00 pm – 7:30 pm at the Salinas Sports Complex!
