12 Days of Christmas Runnin’

Run/Walk with the Blue Zones Project (BZP) Monterey County and the Wednesday Night Laundry Runners (WNLR).

Post-run fuel with plant-based bites from Tacos California Grill.

On the 6th day of Christmas, the BZP hosted the WNLR’s 12 days of Christmas Runnin’!

Bring your friends and family to celebrate the upcoming holidays by taking the time to go outdoors and enjoy some fresh air while meeting new people.

At the end of the run there will be delicious plant-based bites from a Blue Zones Project Approved restaurant and we will be raffling off a BZP gift basket. ***Sunday Parking in Downtown Monterey is FREE***

Run will start at the Blue Zones Project office and will go towards El Estero Lake.

Course options: 2 loops around El Estero Lake 5K (3.1 miles) and 5 loops around El Estero Lake 10K (6 miles)

or you choose whatever distance you would like to go out for!

Run will start at the Blue Zones Project office and will go towards El Estero Lake. For every loop that you complete you will have the opportunity to enter the BZP raffle that many times! Around the lake there are three clusters of exercise stations, be on the lookout because at one of them there will be a red Christmas stocking. Once you find the stocking that is where you will be able to drop in your raffle ticket.

¡En el sexto día de Navidad, el BZP fue el anfitrión del evento de los WNLR’s 12 días de correr para Navidad!

Reúne a tus amigos y familia para celebrar los proximos días festivos y tomen el tiempo para salir afuera y disfrutar el aire libre mientras que conocen gente nueva.

Al final del evento habra bocadillos deliciosos base vegetal de un restaurante aprovado por Blue Zones Project y habra una rifa para una canasta de regalo de BZP. ***Estacionamiento los domingos es gratuito en Downtown Monterey***

Corre/caminata comenzará en la oficina de Blue Zones Project y hacia El Estero Lake. ¡Para cada vuelta que completas tendras la oportunidad para entrar la rifa de BZP ! Alrededor del lago hay tres grupos de estaciones de ejercicio, manténgase atento porque en una de las estacionesva haber un calcetín de navidad rojo. Cuando ayes cuando encuentres el calcetín ayi es donde vas a dejar tu boleto para la rifa.
