SUMMARY:ReCoverCA Homebuyer Workshop for San Benito County Residents
DESCRIPTION:The FREE workshop will introduce the ReCoverCA Homebuyer Assistance (HBA) Program which provides up to $300\,000 in forgivable loan assistance to eligible renters and former homeowners impacted by the 2023 floods in San Benito County. The program is designed to help households purchase a home in California outside of special flood hazard and high fire zone areas.  \nPre-registration is encouraged. Register at: https://qrco.de/bgMfbt.  \n   \nAttendees will learn about:  \n\nHow the ReCoverCA HBA Program works \n\n\nEligibility requirements \n\n\nQualifying property types \n\n\nSteps to get started \n\n   \nThe event also offers an optional networking session with GSFA representatives and approved ReCoverCA HBA Lenders\, giving participants the opportunity to ask questions\, gather resources\, and set up follow-up appointments for personalized support.  \nInterpreter services are available in Spanish\, German\, Italian\, Tagalog\, and American Sign Language upon request when registering.
