Let’s Get Cooking!

Blue Zones Project & Marie Romero of Dulce Amanecer invites you to learn how to make a delicious plant-based dish that supports longevity in collaboration with Cesar Chavez Library in honor of heart health month.

You don’t have to be an expert chef to make great meals — just follow along with the simple instructions, and enjoy the results!

This is not only a great opportunity to learn how to cook a new dish, but also an opportunity to meet others and connect with those in your community.
